Feb Misc...

Aidan and I are training for a half marathon so we have been doing some training runs.

Nice weather so we play outside at night

Our dad got admitted into the hospital again so we took turns staying with him.

There was a mother and sons activity with out stake.  It was glow in get dark games, food, and dance.   We even got to paint each others faces

St. George Trip with young women

We heard about a Hank Smith youth meeting in St. George so we decided to make a day trip with our Young Women to go hear him.  It was Hank Smith, Brad Wilcox, and Madelyn Paige.  It was really good.  

Afterwards we went to the park for dinner and to play before we headed back home.

Corbin heart and soul

Corbin got selected for the Heart and Soul Award.  A teacher selects one kid each month who had shown kindness to others. Corbin was so excited to get one.  He tries really hard and it nice when others see his efforts.

I love that all my boys are obsessed with hockey and we are lucky enough to have parents who take up to some with their season tickets.

Girls Trip Day 3 & 4

The 3rd day we went to the Farmers market and rode bikes over the Golden Gate Bridge

We ate the bomb food while we were there and then took the ferry back home.

That night we got a police escort back to our hotel room because all the streets were blocked off for a parade.  We legit followed an officer on his bike through all these barricades while people were trying to stop us.  We finished the night watching the parade from our hotel room.

The last day we my bday

and we ate breakfast at the Sweet Maple.  We had to wait for over an hour but it was so wroth it.  I dream of that breakfast.

We stopped by the Oakland temple on the way to the airport.  It was cool to be able to walk up to the roof where they had a garden.

Girls Trip Day 2

Our second day, we started out healthy with a smoothie and then we took the ferry to Alcatraz Island.

Then we walked around

And ended at the painted ladies from Full House
