Mommy and Sons Date

My boys love mommy attention, especially Aidan.  He loves going on dates.  They make him feel special, but it is not always easy to give him the individual attention he needs cause there is always two others running around.  Well, KK had a play date at her friends house so we took advantage and had a "Mommy and Boys" date.  Aidan is obsessed with In n Out lately so that is where we headed for lunch.

He loves to dip his fries in the shake...which usually ends up leaving a huge mess but hey that is one of the perks of eating out.  I don't have to clean up.

He loves making crazy faces.

I love my boys!!!! There is nothing sweeter that being the mother of boys.

My Mom's 59th Birthday

I am all about birthdays.  I love birthdays, especially mine.  I so enjoy a day of being all about me and for me to be able to shurk all my mother responsibilities.  It is truly nice, so I thought this year I would try to do the same for my mother.  It was her 59th birthday.  We invited her over for dinner, but what she didn't know was I invited the rest of the family over too.  We had french dipped sandwiches, strawberries, chips, and dip.  She was surprised that everyone was there.  It was nice to hang out and have everyone there to celebrate her birthday.

The candle was a tombstone that said " to old to count".

Happy Birthday Mom!!!

Party at the Park

I don't think there is anywhere else in the world that in February you can have a birthday party at the park, but that is one of the reasons why I love Vegas so much.  Our friend Gavin had his birthday at the park and minus the wind it was pretty nice.  My kids loved being able to play outside for the first time in months.  They enjoyed playing with the bubbles most.

Gracie rode her bike to the park and Corbin kept trying to steal her helmet.

They are so big.  I love my little family.

Outside Weather

I love when the weather in Vegas changes from cold and windy to nice and breezy.  It only last a little while before it changes into hot and hot.  A couple of weeks ago, we bought this little playhouse off of Craigslist.  It has a doorbell that makes different sounds, a little kitchen in side and a side window that you can serve out of the opens onto a little table.  The kids like to serve each other through it.

I guess Corbin was the waiter today.

And Aidan didn't like what was being served.  KK had gotten a blue skittle in her snack and Aidan did not.  Man it is tough being little.

I had to post this picture.  The other day I told KK that she could come with me and ride her bike while I went running.  She insisted that her baby needed to come with us, so into the baby carrier she went.
I loved that every time I asked her to smile for the camera her leg went up into this position. I guess no matter what she is doing, she always has time to pose for the camera.

Belated Birthday Dinner

February was a very crazy month.  With sicknesses, family visitors, going out of town, and lots of birthdays, we were pretty much busy the whole month.  That's why we had to postpone going out with Trev's parents for our birthdays, but man was it worth the wait.  We went to the Charcoal Room in the Santa Fe.  It was delicious.  They have the best black bean and cheese soup.  I seriously crave this soup.  Everything else there is awesome but this is my absolute favorite.

We took a picture outside the casino cause the last time we came here (a couple of years ago) we had taken one and I wanted to compare how much we have changed.

I just think we look more mature (a nicer way of saying older).
 What do you think?

Beautiful Aidan

Am I in trouble? Aidan (my three year old boy) came down stairs with his face covered in make up. He had bright purple eye shadow and hot red lip gloss on. I asked him what happened. He told me KK made him beautiful.

I wish I had taken a picture...but I am sure you can imagine!
