Boys Day Camp

Trev was able to go up with the twins for their first stake Day Camp at Camp Stimpson. The boys had so much fun.

Corbin first time in the temple

One of the perks of homeschool for Corbin is we can make our own schedule.  With Covid the temples had been closed for a while so we were finally able to make an appt for him to go to baptism for the dead with his cousins for the first time while all the others kids were in school.  It was a wonderful experience.

We took some head shots for dad's new job while we were there.

 

Fun Filled Saturday

I love being busy and this Saturday was certainly that.  We are going on our 4 day Macchu Picchu trip in September so we did a practice hike at Mount Charleston with Papa.

Aidan's 14th Bday

Happy 14th Bday to my favorite first son.  He is becoming one of my favorite people on this planet. There were a few years I didn't know if I was going to trade him in but glad I didn't.  He is very thoughtful and the always willing to help me out and more importantly make me breakfast.  He is becoming quite the cook. He makes dads banana bread each week and is now learning how to make dad's rolls.  He is thriving at high school and has made some good friends.  I hope he always knows I am in his corner and can't wait to see what he accomplishes in this life.

He had a bunch of friends over to help celebrate.

 

17th Wedding Anniversary

Happy 17 years to us.  You know you have been together a long time when on your anniversary you only get a picture of your food.  I mean it was delicious food at Echo and Riggs but still wish we would of snapped one of us.  I am so grateful to have him by my side.  It hasn't always been easy but so worth it. He still makes my laugh and one of my favorite people to be around so I think we will make it another year.

 

Freshman Orientation

Can't believe I have 2 high schoolers and I can't believe Aidan is a freshman.  I am feeling pretty old but so grateful to watch them grow confident in who they are.  It is nice to have a driver too so no early drives to seminary.  I hope they grow close and become each others biggest supports.
