Twins 10th Bday

My babies are 10....a decade old.  How is that possible?  They are so fun and keep life interesting.  

Their bday was on the last day of school which is a half day so we had their bday party right after school got out.

Dad made them a soccer cake per their request.

Night Paddle boarding

With the full moon, we thought we would try night paddle boarding.  We lined our  boards with glow sticks and with the full moon had plenty of light.  

The current was so strong that we paddled for an hour and half out and and didn't even make it to our destination and it only took us 15 minutes to make it back...it was so crazy.  I am so lucky to have my best friend to do these fun things with. 

 

Spring Soccer 2022

Another season in the books....The twins got second place in their Championship.  They have had an amazing coach and have made great friends.

Sister Night

Tye, Trista, and I like to sneak away every now and again and have a sisters night out.  We tried our hand at painting...lets just say I should keep my day job.....but it was fun.  I am glad we started this and hope to keep it up.  With life and kids, its hard to see my sisters as much as I would like.

 

Piano Recital

The twins and Corbin had their spring piano recital.  They did amazing and I am so proud of how hard they have worked and how much they have progressed.

KK 17th Bday

All KK wanted for her bday was a family party with all her cousins.  

Layla loved her gifts and kept saying she was going to take them home.

Papa made her cake and right after we sang her happy birthday Corbin thought it would be funny to announce that she was pregnant.  It was so quiet and awkward as people where trying to understand if it was a joke or not.  She has threatened his life that if he ever does it again he won't be alone much longer.

I love my baby girl and can't believe how old she is.  It makes me sad to know my time is limited but I also am so proud of her and love watching her grow into the beautiful woman she is.. She is so helpful and compassionate, super funny and sarcastic, witty and super creative.  

 

 

KK decorate room

Decorating stresses me out when we are trying something new but I also secretly love it.  KK really wanted to change up her room for her 17th bday so we forged ahead and tried it. I wish I would of gotten a before and after because it was such a huge change.  We painted, got a new bed and bedding and faux bricked her wall and then drywall mudded it.  I love her creativity and style.

 

Tawnya Endowment

I can't believe it has been over a year since Tawnya passed away.  It is strange when we take sibling pictures to be short one, but I am so grateful to know I will see her again.  I know she is with people who love her and taking care of her.  We were able to go to the temple to do her temple endowments and it was a special time to be with my sisters and parents in the temple. 

 

Twins Church Activity

The twins love their activity day leaders and begged them to take them to Crystal Palace for an activity...which they did.  They had so much fun and couldn't stop talking about it.
