Hiking

I joined Trista's hiking club one month and it was a beautiful hike.  I sometimes forget just how much I love hiking and being outdoors.  It is my happy place and good for my soul.

 

21 Pilot concert

Trev and I didn't really get to celebrate our anniversary earlier this month so Trev got us tickets to the twenty one pilots concert to celebrate.  We started off the night at Texas Roadhouse for dinner and ended with the concert.  It was an amazing show and one of my all time favorites.

KK update

KK is starting her 2nd year of college and figuring out the whole college life.  Her roommate Aubree and her have become good friends and KK has visited her home town and gone fishing.  I love seeing her grow up even if it means she is so far away.

 

Freshman Orientation and First Day of School

Aidan's 17th Bday

This amazing Boy is 17.  Not sure how that happened.   He is starting his senior year at CSNHS and will be graduating with his associates.  He has found a love of the Japanese culture so will be starting his second year of learning the Japanese language. He is such a light to our family and such a great example to his brothers.  I hate watching him grow up but love seeing the man he is becoming.   

He made the varsity soccer team so had mandatory practices he had to attend so later that day as a family we played soccer at the park and then had tri tip for dinner.

 

20th Anniversary

20 years ago I got to marry my best friend....now we get to go to a soccer meeting for Aidan's varsity soccer team

And hung out in the cafeteria while they told us info we already know

before we grabbed a quick dinner.  This life is crazy but I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else.

Discovery Museum

We had pogo passes to the Discovery Museum so the kids willingly joined me.  I am sure it will be the last time we go but it was fun to see them explore and hang out.  

 

Sibling Dates

 KK is the best sister and took the boys on a sibling date while she was in town.  They went to an escape room and dinner with slurpees and stuffies.  I love to see them spend time together.

Escape Room

We love when KK is in town so we try to make the most of the time we have.  We tried an escape room with KK and Aidan.  It was so fun and we succeeded in getting out and solved the extra puzzle they had for us.
