Senior Varsity Soccer Night

Aidan is so determined and disciplined.  This whole summer he practiced soccer on his own in the heat of the day to prepare himself to tryout for Shadow Ridge Varsity soccer....and he made it.  All his hardworking and dedication paid off.  They had a great season and won't the majority of their games.  It was surreal to attend his last game as a high school student.  I am so proud of this kid and can't wait to see all he accomplished in this life.

The coach told Aidan they got it wrong when he didn't make the team freshman and sophomore year. He proved he deserved a spot on the team.  

They celebrated their season with a banquet dinner where he was recognized for his hard work and dedication.

Corbins 15th Bday

My Scooty turned 15...man where did the time go?  He has grown so much over the past year and is now taller than his dad.  He has thrived and made so many good friends that he hangs out with.  He is loving freshman year of school and doing so well.  

He had a big group of friends come over to celebrate his bday. 

We went to the church where they played hide and go seek and chair soccer.  

They ended the night with opening presents

 

Feeding the homeless

We are apart of a group the goes every other month on the first Monday to feed the homeless dinner.  Every month is a different food.  Corbin loves to help on the grill.  He was a great pancake flipper.

The other boys did great talking to people and handing out food.

 

Scotland Oct 25th - Nov 2nd

 We went to Scotland with Trevor's whole family and it was so fun and memorable.  I made a whole book of the trip so won't post them all here but I still wanted some of my favorites in the family book. I love traveling and seeing God's creations...this earth is so big and beautiful and I love seeing all the different environments and people.
