December Misc...

Bowling

Over Christmas Break, my sister Tami and I took our kids bowling.  My 4 younger ones had never been before so I wasn't sure how it would go but they had so much fun.

After our games we went to the arcades for a few minutes for the kids to spend their allowance money.

Rock Hunting

KK has an obsession with rocks so lucky for her so does her Uncle Kel and he is nice enough to bring her along when they go rock hunting.

Christmas 2015

We start out Christmas at home.  We open our presents and let the kids play.  At 10am we went to Tami's house for my families Christmas party.  We had breakfast and let the kids exchange gifts.

That afternoon we went to G Ma and Papa's house for dinner and open presents.

That night the adults played a game called Quelf.  It was hilarious and we have video to prove it.

Christmas Eve

I love traditions if you can not tell.  I always wished I had some when I was growing up so I probably over do it but I want my kids to have traditions and to have great memories of their childhood.

Christmas Eve night we have Pho with the Grandparents and Great Grandparents on Trevors side.  We then open 1 present each which are always pi's.  We then watch the Nightmare Before Christmas Movie.  The 3 older kids then sleep all together that night as they wait for Santa.

Christmas Eve Breakfast

I love when things work our last minute without a lot of planning.  My best friend Jubie was in town from New York for only 3 days over the holidays so the night Christmas eve she sent out a text to me and Karisa and the next morning we were at breakfast. I think we started a tradition.

Jubie and I have been best friends our whole lives and I remember being our girls age hanging out. Its weird to see my daughter getting so old and becoming the age I have many memories being.  I am so grateful we were able to get them together.
