Day 4 and 5 of Spring Break...
The kids stayed home with my mom and I joined Trevor on a work trip to Denver. I had never been there before so I thought I would tag along.

We drove downtown to go shopping and get something to eat. We parked right by the big blue bear.
First stop lunch
and then a second lunch (we had to say we ate at a food truck) While waiting for our food we watched a crime scene investigation unfold because a man had set himself on fire a half an hour before and ran through this park.

We then went to a Museum. They had a cool body exhibit that was hands on. It was cool learning about the body and seeing real human bodies on display.
We played a mind game....I won't say who won
It also had a space exhibit
And a gem and rock exhibit (we took pics for Kel)
We finished by watching a movie about the climate changes on the huge IMAX theater they had there
The next day I slept in and trev went to his deposition. We skipped breakfast so when he got back we were starving. Trev ate a sweedish fish for breakfast. I took pictures to document this occasion.
We then got a late breakfast early lunch at a cool place called SNOOZE. It was delicious.
Afterwards we took a drive up this beautiful mountain that ended at a lake. It was gorgeous!!!
It was so nice to get away and spend some alone time with my baby. He is truly my best friend!!!
