Our Tradition of selecting ornaments this year is still in full swing.  We even bought one for Aidan.

Sushi

Sushi is an all around favorite at our house. Grandpa Slack gave us money for Christmas so we could go out to dinner and get Sushi.  We miss Aidan but sure seems like we ate enough to represent him..

STEM Tank

The twins do no have finals for middle school.  They have projects they work on all seamster and then then have to present and discuss what they learned and created.  At the end of last year, they reached out to their counselor asking if they could be on the same team for their projects and gave all the reasons why they should be able to work together. The counselor was so impressed he felt like he could not say no so they get to be on the same team all year.  I loved watching them work together and presenting their ideas.

Aidan Mission Update

You never know the shenanigans that will go on when you get this bunch of kids together.  We love our Boy and love getting to catch up each week.  We also took Jane cookies so she knows we haven't forgotten about her.

KK Update

KK is still up in Rexburg going to school and working so miss her but love seeing her grow and become an adult.  She recently met a guy named Mason and we all really like him.  She works at the school gym and had noticed him around but it wasn't until she saw him on a dating app that she go the courage to talk to him....the rest is history.

 

Las Vegas Strip

KK and Mason missed the flight home from Thanksgiving so they got to spend two more days with us until the next flight left so we made the best of it.  Mason had never been to Vegas before so we went to the strip to show him around.  We went to the Bellagio to see the gardens, Coca Cola Factory, M& M factory and the Hershey Factory before grabbing Chipotle for dinner and heading home.

New Job

Trevor started a new job today. He had been working at Harmony Homes for the last year and a half but it is not the best work environment and so Trevor was on the look out for another job and this one popped up so he applied.  It's crazy how Heavenly Father works things out and it's usually not until you look back that you can see how he was guiding and leading you the whole time.  Trevor loves the new job and so we are hopeful this will be a place he can stay for a long time.  He is working at DR Horton.  KK made him to a first day of work photo shoot.
