We have to get creative if we want chores to get done without us having to nag the kids. Trevor came up with a great idea that the kids love. Every chore they did they earned fake money. That night they had to buy their own dinner and dessert. We supplied the basic food but the extra items for dinner and any dessert they had to buy. They thought it was so cool. Chores got done so fast without any complaints.
They got to eat it while watching a movie...
