Ditch day for Bday

Happy ditch day!!!! It’s tradition for my kids to skip school on their bday and have a Mom day. Well since tomorrow there is no school.....on his actual bday....he didn’t think it was fair to not miss an actual day of school so he missed today. We went on a 3 mike walk/run. He told me all about his friends. We watched the Emoji movie, went on a “date” to Buffalo Wild Wings and finished with shopping at Toysrus before picking the other kids up from school. It was a fun day! I love having one on one time with the kids. Which doesn’t happen often enough. 

Can’t believe my Scooty will be 8 years old! He is the funny one who you never quite know what he is going to say or do. He makes his own path and doesn’t care. He told me tonight to kiss him one last time because it will be the last time I kiss a 7 year old. He stood up and told Aidan to look at him one last time cause that would be the last time he saw a 7 year old. He definitely marches to the beat of his own drum...Which I admire most of the time!!!

Gilcrease Orchard

The twins had their first field trip.  They went to Gilcrease Orchard.  I was lucky I got to tag along.

Halloween 2017

This year snuck up on me so my kids asked what they were going to be the day of their school party and I said....look in the dress up bin. We have so many dress up costumes that I don't really feel bad.  So an hour before they left the pick out their costumes.

Corbin was joker and the other 3 were soccer players and the twins wanted their hair spray painted so we did.

The night of Halloween we had all our friends over for pizza and then we went trick or treating.  G Ma and Papa stopped by to visit.

We ended the night with a Dance party that lasted way past bedtime.  It was a fun night.  I am going to miss these moments!!!
