The twins advanced in the priesthood and got set apart as teachers. I don't like how fast they are growing up. At least I convinced Trevor to change the Sunday School classes so I get to teach them another year.
New Years eve we spent the first half of the night at the church playing pickleball with our friends and then came home and watched Harry Potter the rest of the night. The kids are doing a marathon over the break so kept it going.

It seems like yesterday, dad and I were getting married and now we have a daughter engaged. As much as I don't' like my kids growing up and moving on, I am so happy for her. She found the one she wants to spend the rest of her life with and we love him. He is so good with her and the boys and I am excited to see them create a life together.
It happened in Oregon. She flew up there the Monday after Christmas to meet his family and spend the week with them. They went to the temple and after on the temple grounds he asked to her to marry him. Her best friend Avery was there as well as his brother and parents.
KK bought stuff to make her own bouquet and asked me to be the maid of honor. I am so happy for her and can't wait for her big day!
We were able to talk with Aidan for a few minutes so it was nice be on the phone while he opened the package we sent him.
Back at home we slept in, watched the Christ Child Movie, at breakfast and opened presents. We all go bikes wo we spent the morning putting them all together.
We then went over to GMa and Papa's for dinner and opening presents. Some of us were not feeling the best so we did not stay too late and came home and watched a movie.
We got invited to a VGK game with the Stewarts. Now that we have gone to games in the box, it hard to enjoy anything less. It's so fun to eat, walk around, and talk all while the game is going on. KK was in town this time so was able to participate this time. It was a great game and we won so it always makes it more enjoyable.
